Whitehill Environmental is run by Noreen McLoughlin, M.Sc., MCIEEM. Noreen has a degree in Natural Science (Trinity College, Dublin) and an MSc in Freshwater Ecology (Trinity College, Dublin). She has over 15 years experience in the ecological fields of conservation, impact assessment and water quality.

As a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management CIEEM, Noreen is bound by this Institute’s professional code of practice. A minimum of 30 hours of Continuous Professional Development is required per year for this organisation.

Noreen is also a long-standing member and the current Chairperson of Longford Environmental Alliance LEA.   She is also Secretary of the Longford / Westmeath Branch of the Irish Wildlife Trust .
